There will always be Dilution factor ... while at the same time -the overall value and significant explorations and activities of the company- GREW.
Can’t afford to hang on and absolutely maintain percentage position , while also requiring funds ongoing within the companies which need other larger entities to also take positions and contribute with suitable value also accrued .
This is the case most certainly when , and as an operation and it’s prospects for success into the future , Independantly & broadly grows - ie. Exponentially .
I’ve no true idea- but just a very good guess , ‘educated ‘ belief : that-
DGR’s Value holding , in SolGold , has increased by multiples in this period . Overall is excellent. And acting in best interests of the daughter company , also managed , as a significant independent company . Which is the law .
Is this right? I think ?
