    Why do they need a trading halt?

    "a feasibility study funding agreement "

    The funding from the QLD govt was always going to independent 3rd parties to do the feasibility study (MNS was never getting any $$)

    This seems to indicate that finally the QLD govt have released some funds for the study to go ahead.......none of this will alleviate the cash crunch coming soon and the need to do something to move things forward.
