You may not have heard the "bizarre claim of your(s) of landlords....." etc. Well, I certainly did, and you would be best advised not to call me a liar. That is something I am NOT. Why "bizarre"? Gays very keen to get this through and certainly prepared to do this. Why didn't they ask for a replacement? So many couldn't be bothered and totally disinterested in the issue. Others simply thought it too stupid for words, and refused to participate in this survey.
I frequently find letters in the street in which I live, addressed to numbers in the street. The kids coming home from school take them out of letterboxes, and strew them about. Postmen these days don't push the mail all the way into boxes these days. Rescued and put these into appropriate boxes, myself.
I also know of others failing to post because they missed the final date.
I note the Security issue raised by me is simply ignored by you. The other options to this survey were rejected on the basis of cost.
You appear to find the facts very hard to believe. I can't help that and am now finished with attempting to explain all this to you.
