yes, I agree the money is usually right -

but, is the money backing her because they think she will win - or because they think she should win?

what I mean is - that of all of them - Bishop is probably heads above the rest for a chance for the Libs to win the next election - she's actually fairly popular with public - and certainly well known and presented

But, - she's got a lot of enemies inside the party over the years

???????? so - it's the party who vote tomorrow -

would they run with her - or would they run with Morrison -

for a Morrison/Bishop team?????

One assumes that if there's a 3 way - Morrison, Bishop and Dutton that Dutton would go out first round (of course surprises can happen - but, the electorate thinks he's a dork).


For the party (short to medium term wise) - Bishop Morrison or Morrison Bishop might be a winner.


If I could have a really long shot tonight - I would go -------- Dutton ruled inelegible

Bishop wins with Morrison as deputy

but, I really sort of think that Morrison will get up - but, I would not be staking my life on it

Then again - they might all have a meeting and not call for a spill - and, Mal says - ok, now piss off and get to work
