Yes goldbrick seems to think there will be a cap raising whilst others think a JV.
To be honest I am not sure even after today's announcement people can really tell. There are 2 arguments aren't there
"Why would they be preseneting to the local authorites if they haven't secured finance"
We'll this finanace could come from a cap raising or a JV can we really tell from this announcement?
