I agree with all your sentiments . Share buyback is prudent capital management (OKN dwn over 50% ) . My concern is biting off too much to quickly . Like the fact they haven't any debt . But their is a large seller in the market that keeps driving the price down daily . I noticed director buying and I hope it is not on margin and shorters are given the stock a shove . Food for thought as it appears to be a great little company with big ambitions . Must be yielding close to 9 % @ these levels .
