I've just read the transcript, as well as the SMH article.
Just as I expected, people are interpreting every piece of information and every statement to suit their own agenda.
Yes indeed, the 'claim' will certainly have such an adverse effect on MMX's situation. No one needs this court matter hanging over their heads, whether the claim has any substance or not.
The MMX lawyer would have used the 'detriment' argument in order to speed the process up by persuading the court to order CHM to put their cards on the table.
All you wanna-be lawyers out there, please don't delude yourselves by giving running commentary on every little step of the court process, especially when you haven't got the slightest clue about that process.
It is becoming painfully obvious that some of you are actually starting to believe your own bull-sh*t.
It becomes quite tiresome having to read through all of your rubbish in order to try and get to the productive/constructive/truthful commentary on this forum.
