possibly due to it's low profile as a commodity in this state. (even though Alcoa operates largest alumina refinery in the world here)

Spec end of the market has never really taken to it compared to precious metals or other bulk commodities due to it's large start up cap costs and scale of economics required to make it profitable.

Which is why it has always been left to the big boys and exactly why if UMC can pull it off that even 25% of the project will offer a massive windfall to investors and the company.

I actually think MM even though they were aware of it initially are finally seeing just how big a deal this could be and along with what's happening on the Fe front in the Pilbara, that they are in a position to write themselves into the history books of Western Australian Mining in a BIG way!!

They have really made a remarkable change in the company's profile and perception since November and realise they have a once in a working lifetime opportunity to do something special in this state....

One at a time though....and the Fe comes first....bring it on.

    UMC what a monster....

666 the number of the beast,
Iron and Bauxite are bound to be released....
