We know they have placed a contract with Arup for the engineering services etc and that they will not commit to a contract with the Chinese or Japanese as yet as they have been advised by their bank to hold until further down the track.
Heading for the $2 mark soon as not to many shares on the market for sale. All are sitting on theirs for when they get closer to delivery date.(LNG)
