Thats easy, the institution buying gains. I'll put it in simple terms:
Would you rather buy 30,000,000 GBG at $1.5 or $0.80?
I think the lesser of the two. When you have a lot of script you can put in false bids or sell down the shareprice and simply rebuy on the investors who panic. Its a simple tactic but works.
