bis shrapnel says.........at a conference yesterday............they are the property experts............due to shortage of housing..........
lets see in the next 2-3 years, look back on hindsight............I am bullish on property.............contrarian investor...........read about the banks and no gaurantee on your deposits...............that should freak out a lot of people............only thing that would stop this now is for the stock market to recover.............and I cannot see that happening short to medium term..............but I am no guru and just second guessing
