    The market was expecting the next batch of CFDA for baby formula to be announced by mid-August. We are already nearly two weeks late and as for the approval of the "Baby Food range", it is likely the market will get approximately a week's notice. Plenty of time for the price to ramp up, so at present why not continue the accumulation from the impatient.
