The OBL play appears to be bounded on 3 sides - great! Also, the guys are dealing with rocks probably 300 million years old - that's a billion sunsets! Lots of time for erosion and organics down into the trough. PC43 might like to reconsider the statement about recovery rates - what do the geologists know about limited recovery statistics given these very long timelines. Also, these look like sandstones as the reservoir. Who says the millidarcy count may not be high?
