I really dislike these arguments.
The issue here is that Wong Tak has been a highly determined POLITICAL activist taking every possible opportunity over many years, with Madam Fuziah, to try to stop LAMP operations by any means. This included hiring so-called 'experts' from Europe years ago to present an environmental report that was totally discredited, and these opponents lost EVERY court case they tried to bring. We shareholders have had to put up this very small group's nonsensical arguments for far too long, and the continual floating of this convicted person's minority-held views in widely read media only feeds his ego, imo.
There is NO evidence that the new Government in KL has any real concerns about Lynas's current operations, and the very thorough briefing and information provided during the recent visit to the LAMP should be seen as a clear example that Lynas continues to be completely transparent in all its activities that have any environmental interest.
