Wong is no longer just a political activist, he is the Bentong MP for the ruling PH government. Real issue for me is Yeo, who has been a critic of Lynas in the past, has indicated that Wong and Fuziah will be in charge of reviewing Lynas operations. All three of them have previously expressed concerns about the WLP residue.
Just throwing it out there but I believe Wong and Fuziah will be pushing for Lynas to ship the WLP back to Australia. The WLP issue will be resolved and they all save face.
Regardless of the outcome, I don't think the market will take kindly to official news of a review. Look what happened to LYC SP when PH won GE14. It's been in a downtrend since.
Understand your frustrations but it aint going away. To think that there aren't concerns about the new governments intentions towards Lynas would be foolish IMO.
