    Unfortunately CVI are starting to get serious credibility issues which will be difficult, but not impossible to shake off.

    They have done serious damage to retail sentiment, and if there isn't a decision of offshore by the end of march, I doubt to many instos will line up.

    They are crossing the Rubicon.
