You can go back to STO forum and tell them how smart you are, to be a new investor there and to have the inside track on Quadrant.
I am sure they will appreciate your O & G experience...lol.
And if you actually knew people from Quadrant (as per your claim on the STO forum), then they would have told you; Quadrant and our company have been drilling holes within these permits in the last 4 years.
You think Dorado was the ONLY hole we drilled with Quadrant?!?
