What planet did you just arrive from?
RAU have no requirement to release any info - its not public knowledge and never was. This is commercial in confidence stuff.
Icon might be smart to either offer to pay for the info or even give RAU a (small) slice of the pie - which would fast track (and further target) their drilling regime.
