Some numbers on the Idaho project from eCobalt's June 30th MDA release (in USD)
• Initial Capital Costs: $186.7 million
• Life of Mine (LOM): 12.5 years post pre-production
• LOM Gross Revenue: $1.129 billion
• LOM Total Net After Tax Cash Flow $331.4 million
In AUD, approx $1,541 billion gross revenue and $452 million net after tax cash flow.
According to the Eight Capital comment you posted a few weeks back, they're suggesting JRV could be lining ECS up for a 'creeping take-over'. In order to do so, JRV would need to acquire a further 30 million shares in ECS (approx $25 million AUD) to reach the required 20% ownership.
Can't see it happening personally, but food for thought nevertheless.
Things are definitely getting interesting here so very much worth a longer term punt IMO.
