Lol.... that table shows the rediculousness of the new fixed estimates, and why banks are better off assessing peoples capacity based on their personal expense history which I believe they are doing based on information I have read. Basic living expenses do not increase just because you earn more money. Yes I agree the more you earn the more you spend but that is a choice not a need.
