I reckon there is more to it then just the announcement on the sales of the land.
It could have been a JV announcement subjected to the sales have gone through. This may be the result of JP Morgan consultation. It has been a while and we havent heard anything on that front.
Lets just not get ahead of ourselves. We have been very patient so let's see what tomorrow/wed will bring.
