There is nothing like 25% of properties for sales anywhere in Perth. Prices in the outer suburbs are tailing off but most other areas are dipping only slightly. Simply not much demand out there. We are selling (1st home owner bracket) and getting a bit of interest but nothing concrete yet. Doesn't seem to be alot of for sales signs in the suburbs around me.
