Consider this as to how farcical it has been trying to get the TPA, MPA, RCA, FFS... whatever signed.
Niti Aayog caused us around 12 months of delays and based on the last Q&A, we still don't know anything about what they think of the project in terms of national significance. I just can't get my head around it.... 12 months of delays for absolutely nothing- doesn't anyone else think that's just crazy!?
