Let me get this straight.
You used your own cash to buy 53K URA shares. Yesterday those shares were sold for about $8000 without your authority. There is a possibility that you may never see your $8000 ever again...and if you do get some/all of this back it may take months/years before they give it to you.
That is criminal.
