centro buys time for carve up..., page-13

Just be cautious guys. This is probably the best it has been for centro since this fiasco began but remember Centro burns people big time.

The same positive arguments have been put forward all the time I have been in this one - way back at at 1.30 when it looked a bargain then and surely worth 2.20 at least.

The arguments are valid - unfortunately things such as;

1) Interest rates being cut by the fed - but the cuts not being passed on.

2) Palpable fear in the market

3) Hedge funds attacking stocks,

4) Broking houses going bust flooding the market with shares,

5) CNP being taken off approved margin stock lists also causing a flood of shares on the market

6) Disappointing quarterly reports from CNP a day after good news on CER

Have all worked together to crush the price and were not included in anyones price predictions. So yes I hear the argument - in fact was making it many times myself - a long way back. But I am afraid can not share the unbridled optimism.

Would be happy for it to rise - but am being very cautious.
