As discussed previously NTC executive normally refuse to offer any earnings guidance, which results in the company’s shareholders having insufficient information to know how their investment is performing. Now when the promised increase in earnings are finally delivered, they destroy this good news by going on to outline a future strategy of uncertain earnings growth. This poorly constructed message undermined market confidence and turns the stock into a capital killer.
