good to hear. I didn't know it was unused land and thought it was selling assets that are valuable to the company from an Income generating perspective. how does this sale help future income? apart from helping as a cash boost for other parts of the business?

all I hear a lot with these small companies is dilution to gain more cash for future. which is not the best news for us holders if all you hear is the companies are getting more strapped and need further investment.
