Upon reading the back page of the Fin Review today - my heart sank for the guys that have potentially lost the lot - citing one case of a person with a million dollar account soon to pay $750,000 more... although it didn't make sense as to the value received by the nominees...
I guess the first thing that struck me was the urgency in which ANZ chose to liquidate the shares. That would have been a TOP level decision made within hours/minute sof receivership.
In any case, I really do feel for those caught up innocently in this scandal. Sadly, it will be some time before any real justice is brough to the board table.
