Hi Since When Banks have a Due Care and responsiblity to any and everyone who they have control of their shares or assetts A class Action can soon bring them to heel along with a claim for losses if they act in an unacceptable manner . I think that there will be a few of the Bigger Law firms salvitating at the mouth to have the opportunity to get one going maybe on a No win No Pay basis but they would get a good chunk of returns Pro Bono is the right description I think DYOR and follow this thread Towie
