No...AB1 hold 25 Million ICI shares with a potential for another 27 Million through performance Targets....AB1 Hold a little over 8% of ICI.....ICI also owe AB1 approx $1.25 Million (not sure if the first payment has been made,Due around Aug 1st)......AB1 and ICI will develop Masterchef App along with Nitro.AB1 with 50% of the project,the 2 other parties 25% each.....As of a recent announcement AB1 and ICI will work closely on future Projects.....As to which one to Buy,We can't hand out Financial Advice.But seeming this is the AB1 Thread....My answer should be obvious....Good Luck
