    Next biggest problem which will develop is these reverse mortages.

    I fear they will start eroding the elderly peoples wealth in this form of financing like never before.

    I recommend kids buy the parents house of them to prevent foreclosure in the future and nothing remaining.

    The banks will turn with a vengeance imho.
