Why people are in such a hurry on this deal is beyond me. This deal will run into the hundreds of millions and if CVI stuff it up then the current SP will be a spike on a good run. The fact that they are doing their home work and taking their time to ensure everything is in place including the right finance keeps me confident and yes this isnt protecting the SP in the short term but time after time it has been said that this is not a short term stock.
