    Zinc,

    It is better than expected. I was a little concerned it was not going to all in cash - $600M. Now that it is $617M, with $350M left after paying off debt - its sweet.

    My only criticism - it would have been good to have a current sitrep on production and offloads. However, SINOPEC wouldn't have handed over the cash if there were problems.
