I dunno about y'all, but I frequently put 57 Mil down and forget where I put it and forget to tell anyone! Happens to the best of us.....
Retail holders really have two options... Cough up money for the entitlement offer and try and offset some of the gains or sell out at a loss.... I don't see how holding and not taking part in entitlement could be a good idea, as you've instantly wiped of 60% value of your holding.
Now the biggest issue is if retail holders don't have free cash floating round to participate they're effectively screwed and the board has said too bad so sad.
Imo a take over is not gunna happen. a) who would touch rcr right now and b) any offer would be a massive lowball and shaft us all anyways....
