Its highly unlikely we will get a loan to help develop from NAIF IMO.
Its been around for nearly 5 years now and have distributed virtually nothing.
STO and CVN will have to fund any development themselves.
Its a 5 billion dollar fund and they don't give money that easily.
I doubt STO or CVN would qualify.
None of the others like WPL have in the past.
