    Hey B&B, I have noticed that the FMC spin off Livent is now to raise only $100m rather than the $500m initially planned, but they will be given a $400m revolving line of credit from FMC.

    POSCO recently raised $500m and some have speculated it was for the SDV North purchase.

    Then soon Galaxy will have their own $500m.

    What's with all these $500 million dollars?
