let's just hope there's something else within the announcement to assist the sell off if they raise at 1.8 PLUS option! Still can't believe they'd do a cap raise so quick after that ann without at least allowing the price and VWAP to mature a little bit to avoid burning shareholders too badly.

There's only a few reasons here imo, they need the cash immediately for some sort of deal, or perhaps they've already promised their mates they'd offer them cheap shares?, or (and hopefully) they have something outstanding in the ann.
