The only proposed project which hasn't gone ahead so far is the African MoU, which was meant to be finalised in Q2 this year. End of July Henry said news would be forthcoming in a few weeks, now Eytan and Ronen have sold some of their holdings and Richard has exercised some options very close to the current SP.
To me it smells a bit fishy, but let's see what the next few days brings. I'm extremely overweight in this stock, so not opposed to reducing the holding a bit and re-entering if things start to get ugly.
Equally it could just be the tax reasons for Ronen and Eytan, and a vote of confidence on the part of Henry, but I'm pretty sure those options weren't expiring any time soon?
