Ok - sorry to labour the point here but I gather we now know with reasonable certainty that:
1. the Opes scenario will only apply in respect of those people who purchased shares on margin loan arrangements through Opes.
2. it appears (not having read the T's and C's myself) that it matters not whether you are are in default or not personally
3. nor does it matter whether your loan amount was $1 or $1,000,000.
Key questions are - how many punters had purchased BMN shares by availing of the Opes margin loan arrangements. In particular (and no disrespect to 29 or anyone else on this thread) - does this include Nathan and any other top 20 holders.
