If I was a holder I would make a complaint to ASIC.
This was so blatant - if someone captured a screen dump of the dummy bids this may help the case.
I don't know anything about CSE but if it was Tollhurst selling placement shares whilst manipulating the stock up then this was illegal.
Make complaints holders - to ASIC and Management. Management should place future shares with someone else.
