    take it up with ASIC or the ASX they are oblivious to anything and everything.

    i am not saying its right or moral, i dont agree with the practises but this tatic has been used extensively IMHO in this stock.

    having said that I dont believe RRS would be at a different price if this practice didnt exist RRS is this price because of the road map.
