While The corresponding $8m in Hazer’s bank would no doubt be greatly appreciated, does it matter to Min if they are financing the build...assuming its successful......and have proven the tech is a goer and they are licensed to go?.....lot of water to go I know...with a target for first graphite product ready for testing by the end of 2018.....this is not a lock in....
