I was referring to the US patent, which so far as I can see has not lapsed.
There is a further application to the USPTO dated 2-6-2016 with amended claims, but the USPTO are still showing a priority date of 10-9-2009, so I suspect that is still the start date for that patent.
I was more concerned to understand how long they have to run on the worldwide protection for their IP. I haven't gone looking for the EU patents yet.
It certainly is a technology for the times and it is right up MIN's alley!
