Thanks LOTM for the response. Yes I agree with your reasoning - but the flip side of that coin is that the retail holders or even the subs are at the mercy of the two directors and if they decide to go rouge the res of holders have to options: take it or leave it - and if it is leave it, and SP happen to be at the bottom of the pit (for a number of reasons not necessarily lack of potentials!) then one may have to walk away with a lot of loss ... I am invested in another company and that is exactly the story!
