Ouch.
As discussed in previous threads, I do not see this as being a positive development.
In the event of a successful bid, this would entail a new capital raise and/or stretching the balance sheet with new debt. It would also add significant operational risk at a time when five upgrade projects, plus the WGT construction, are already on the table.
Accordingly, I am reducing my TCL holding on the news.
