I haven't gone through the numbers but my expectation is that most everyone will still take up the full $15K retail quantity (or whatever it is ... must get around to reading all that soon), and so it may be scaled back if that has to occur. There are rules about the percentage of shares which any company can issue this way. I have certainly got $15K set aside for my "allocation".
