No..US are bound by legislation and the FDA they have strict rules of use of language...don’t forget sueing is zBIG business in US ...they have to be ultra careful in what they claim.... their lips are sealed in fear of being sued . It’s like walking on glass there..in the field of healthy food n natural medicines. The Food and Drugs Administration are like police watchdogs..
