A look at Europe from outside must be pretty confusing, theres Germany with Merkl, chief of a conservative party which went so far left that the previous over 100 years old socialist party got smashed (lost half of their voters), a gap on the right side opened up, a completely new party took place there. That all happened within a few years. Now central ideas of the government in Germany is pro Immigrant, Anti-Atome-Energy. Italy for example refuses to take more immigrants, refuses to obey austerity politics, made a right turn in politics. Now Spain will be the new route for immigrants to central Europe - after corruption scandals of the conservative party socialists are now in power. There will be close links with Germany - same political ideas - Pro Immigrant - Pro EU (they want more money from the EU for taking Immigrants) - and I suspect there will be an Anti-Atom-Energy sentiment, like in Germany. I dont know about USA, but I guess there is not a VERY big difference between an American from Idaho or from Oregon. Feel free to correct me. In Europe there are HUGE differencies between the single peoples. Hundreds of years of different history. Now about Poland. I invested in Prairie cause fundamentals are very good, excellent tenement, excellent management. I didnt consider the country risk. As I stated in another post its quite typical for polish politics to lure money into the country in the first step, then deny the rights (there was a lame excuse for non granting the rights cause of environmental concerns) All that was done to destroy the shareprice so a local company will be able to buy Prairie much cheaper. That kind of "Help" for local - state-owned companies with shady arguments by polish authorities - thats what you better expect if you invest in Poland. And thats what I had to learn. Same happened to EFE, they tried to start a cobalt-mine in Poland, in the meantime they are looking for a cobalt-prospect in Australia. Good decision.
About GGG, yes thats taking a bit of risk. Greenland is not core-Europe. Its influenced by Denmark which is rather pragmatic.

Sorry about this long post and about my bad English, just wanted to explain my worries about mining and Europe. So many good and safe places around the world to invest
