This is old news and was covered in previous posts. If you read closely it supports APs view that it will fund supporting infrastructure. Although the nursery is arguable, how far do you push definitions. Psd would support 100s of jobs. Remember the kcgm super pit. A town was built around it, it would be hard to argue that it doesn't provide a public benefit now. At the time thinking that far ahead would have required some imagination with a few chaps digging nuggets up in the background.
