Don't know anything about the waiver process sorry - my understanding was that they were going to submit the finding to stand on their own feet, but that they will use the existing collars to ensure they get the same results.

Looked at http://www.jorc.org/pdf/jorc2004print.pdf and could not find any mention of a waiver process.

Sorry - not particularly "up" with JORC requirements.

I think that they drilled Catabola first as it had been planned for some time - before Fortitude and CdB were on the scene.
